Slí na Coille reached an exciting milestone on 25 April 2026 as Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, James Browne TD, visited the completed development in Monaghan Town. As project architects, we were extremely proud to welcome the Minister to the scheme, which comprises 21 newly completed social homes now ready for occupation. The energy-efficient homes at Slí na Coille form part of Monaghan County Council’s ongoing programme to deliver modern social housing on council lands, and represent a significant investment in the town. It was a great day to see the completed scheme and to have the Minister acknowledge the progress being made in housing delivery across the county.
