Craftstudio Architecture were delighted to welcome Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, James Browne TD, to the St. Brigid’s Terrace Phase 3 site in Cavan Town on 29 May 2025 as project architects. The Minister marked the commencement of works on site by contractor Crosserlough Construction, as part of a wider visit to Cavan which saw over €5.67 million in housing investment formally recognised across the county. Phase 3 continues the strong delivery of social housing at St. Brigid’s Terrace and reflects Cavan County Council’s commitment to expanding its housing stock. It was great to have Minister Browne visit in person and see the project getting underway. Craftstudio look forward to working with Crosserlough Construction to deliver another high quality regenerative residential scheme on behalf of Cavan County Council.
