Golf Development Centre
The proposed site is situated in an environmentally sensitive area within close proximity to Killahoey blue flag beach, near Dunfanaghy, Co.Donegal. The aim of the project was to provide a golf centre for youth development. The building has been designed to have minimum visual impact.
The form makes reference to the undulations of the surrounding sand dunes, the roof is covered with replanted Marram grass taken from the building site. A dry stone wall defines the entrance.
